Making yourprofile public will also make your profile accessible from search engines such as Google.● footballer(s)direct.com is not responsible for the content, and makes no warranty as to theaccuracy of the advertisements. Members should always use their own judgement indeciding whether or not to apply for any of the opportunities advertised on this site. Weprovide our service only for the purposes of providing opportunity listings with third partyadvertisers. Paid and unpaid work● Whether your posting is for paid or unpaid work, you warrant that your posting andopportunity advertised are not in breach of any relevant law from time to time in forceincluding, but not limited to, the laws relating to the national minimum wage, employmentrights and equality/diversity. You agree that it is your responsibility to meet all legalobligations towards those whom your posting is aimed at.● footballer(s)direct.com reserves the right in its absolute discretion not to allow youradvertisement to be posted on footballer(s)direct.com or to remove your advertisement fromour site if, in its reasonable opinion, the advertisement is in breach of national minimumwage legislation or any other legislation, including relating to employment rights andequality/diversity.
LiabilityYou agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all liability and responsibility offootballer(s)direct.com to you or any other person under or in connection with these terms andconditions, or in connection with the services, this web site, another member’s acts or omissions,or your use of or inability to use, the services or this web site is excluded regardless of whethersuch liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty orotherwise. footballer(s)direct.com’s liability and responsibility is excluded in respect of any and allloss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data,loss of business or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and consequential andincidental loss.

Membership restrictionsYou may not use our services if:● You have ever been convicted of a violent or sexually related criminal offence.● You have previously been banned from using our services or are associated with someonewho is banned from using our services.● You are directly or indirectly involved in the operation of a company that competes with ourservices.Footballer Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership withoutexplanation.
Responsibility for minorsMinors who access this site are required to be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Subscriptions; Charges on Your Billing Account● footballer(s)direct.com does not make a charge to an advertiser in the event that it employsan applicant and does not charge a fee or take commission from an applicant who hassecured work from the provision of the Service.● General. The fees payable in respect of the Service shall be those fees as set out on thewebsite from time to time. We reserve the right to vary the fees in accordance with theseterms and conditions.● footballer(s)direct.com bills you through an online account (your “Billing Account”) for use ofthe Service. footballer(s)direct.com does this through its local billing agent, (the “BillingAgent”). You agree to pay footballer(s)direct.com (through its Billing Agent) all charges at theprices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including youragents) using your Billing Account, and you authorise footballer(s)direct.com to charge yourchosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”) for the Service. You agree to makepayment using that selected Payment Method. footballer(s)direct.com and its Billing Agentreserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that they make even if they have alreadyrequested or received payment.● Recurring Billing. Most subscription plans to the Service consist of an initial period, for whichthere is a one time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. Byentering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial andrecurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior tocancellation. footballer(s)direct.com (through its Billing Agent) may submit periodic charges(e.g. monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice(confirmed in writing upon request by footballer(s)direct.com) that you have terminated thisauthorisation or wish to change your Payment Method. Such notice will not affect chargessubmitted before footballer(s)direct.com reasonably could act. To terminate yourauthorisation or change your Payment Method email contact@footballerdirect.com● Current Information Required. You must provide current, complete and accurate informationfor your Billing Account. You must promptly update all information to keep your BillingAccount current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit cardnumber, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify footballer(s)direct.comif your Payment Method is cancelled (e.g. for loss or theft) or if you become aware of apotential breach of security, such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your user nameor password. Changes to such information can be made by emailingcontact@footballerdirect.com. If you fail to provide footballer(s)direct.com with any of theforegoing information, you agree that footballer(s)direct.com (through its Billing Agent) maycontinue charging you for any use of the service under your Billing Account unless you haveterminated your subscription for the service (confirmed by you in writing upon request byfootballer(s)direct.com).● Payment Method. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method andmay be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit cardissuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the “Payment Method Provider”).You authorise your Payment Method Provider to pay all charges owed by you to the BillingAgent. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card or it is lost or stolen, you mustnotify the Payment Method Provider in accordance with its reporting rules. Wherefootballer(s)direct.com (or its Billing Agent) are obliged as a merchant to refund monies, weagree to refund any such monies, to enable us to meet our merchant obligations. Iffootballer(s)direct.com (or its Billing Agent) does not receive payment from your PaymentMethod Provider, or has to refund payment pursuant to its merchant obligations, you agreeto pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand to the Billing Agent.● Change in Amount Authorised. You agree that footballer(s)direct.com or its Billing Agentmay accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate chargesduring or at the end of each billing cycle.● Autorenewal.Your footballer(s)direct.com subscription will be automatically extended forsuccessive renewal periods of the same (or, at our discretion, shorter) duration as thesubscription term originally selected, at the thencurrentnonpromotionalsubscription rate.To change or resign your subscription at any time, email contact@footballerdirect.com. Ifyou resign, you may use your subscription until the end of your thencurrentsubscriptionterm; your subscription will not be renewed after your thencurrentterm expires. However,you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for thethencurrentsubscription period.● Reaffirmation of Authorisation. Your nonterminationor continued use of the Servicereaffirms that footballer(s)direct.com (through its Billing Agent) is authorised to charge yourPayment Method. footballer(s)direct.com (through its Billing Agent) may submit thosecharges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waivefootballer(s)direct.com’s right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may bepayable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initiallysubscribed to the Service.● Billing Agent. The administration of payments and collection of those payments isconducted by the Billing Agent on behalf of footballer(s)direct.com. You accept that theBilling Agent collect the charges payable by you. The services provided by the Billing Agent(to footballer(s)direct.com) are administrative and does not affect the contractualrelationship between you and footballer(s)direct.com.
‘Squad’ / ‘Team’ / ‘Full’Footballer Direct ‘Squad’ / ‘Team’ / ‘Full’ subscribers are the top tier of membership on thewebsite and is only available to Full (paying) members of Footballer Direct.
Price ChangesWe reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time.
RefundsYou have the right to cancel your Full Membership with footballer(s)direct.com and claim a refundwithin 7 days of your second (first reoccurring)subscription payment to the Billing Agent, providedyou have not used any of the following features of the site within those 7 days of your secondsubscription payment:1. Applied for any opportunities listed on footballer(s)direct.com and/or,2. Received messages from footballer(s)direct.com members or made any contact withfootballer(s)direct.com members via the footballer(s)direct.com messaging system.An administration fee is charged for processing refunds. Please allow 57days for your refund to beprocessed.To cancel your Full Membership at any time, go to www.footballerdirect.com
